The Good: The rooms are just as nice as in the photos—spacious, stylish, and functional, with a great overall feel. The location is also excellent, just a few minutes’ walk to ADO, colectivos, a grocery store, and downtown. The Not-So-Good: The common areas are disappointing, and the pool is barely usable. Service could also be improved—since all rooms are on the first floor with no elevator, it would be helpful if staff assisted with luggage. Instead, I was met with a rude "there is no elevator," which I was already aware of. I would have gladly paid a small fee for help or appreciated it as a standard service. The shared kitchen area is poorly maintained—the fridge was dirty inside, and no one seemed to be checking or cleaning the common resources. As for insects, they’re expected in Valladolid, but the setup here (with room doors opening directly outside) made it worse, especially with ants coming in from the kitchen area. Overall: Despite its flaws, this place offers great value for money, and I would still recommend it.
Nice staff. The location is very convenient. The room was clean and nice as well. The pool was very pleasant (they should replace some of the wooden boards though cause it's a little dangerous). There is a fridge that everyone can use which was nice.
We had a great stay at Casa Bamboo. Perfect for a few days in Valladolid! The location of the hotel was perfect being close to the bus station and within walking distance to the city center. We also loved the big bed! The only downsides were that the room smelled a bit moist and that it was a bit noisy if people were sat talking in the courtyard. Other than that we still had an amazing stay!
